Reckless & Wild

Since their conception in a small apartment in The Colony, TX in 2010, Breaking Southwest has quickly made a name for themselves in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Their fresh country sound is a mash-up of Kent’s traditional country upbringing, Kyle’s rock band background, and Shannon’s classical training on the violin. Backed by the jazzy style of Bryan Meggison on bass, the incredibly talented Kerry West on the drums, and music producer Matt Aslanian on guitar, this group has worked extremely hard to write and record exciting new music. Their show style is up-tempo and exciting, both audibly and visually. Playing live is this bands forte. They mix in mainstream covers with their original tunes to put on a great live show. Music is the passion of all six of these players, and it’s evident in their original music and on stage showmanship.
